Komang highlighted that this initiative could be the foundation for future integration, where ministry and agency digital systems could operate with a single sign-on mechanism, ensuring seamless integration.
Data Analyst at Meta, Fika Fawzia, expressed optimism about the future of digital services in Indonesia, envisioning a system where citizens need only log in once to access various services securely.
“After discussing with the Minister and Peruri, I am confident in the continuity and commitment of Indonesia’s leaders to GovTech Indonesia. Ideally, visiting local government offices without needing photocopies of ID cards will soon be a reality,” Fika concluded.
